Mauro Ianniello

Mauro Ianniello is a seasoned professional in project management and finance, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for M&A at Enel Group since September 2022, and previously held similar positions at Enel Green Power from January 2019 to August 2022. Mauro has extensive experience in M&A transactions across EMEA, Asia, and Oceania. Prior to these roles, Mauro served as Chief Financial Officer at EF Solare Italia, overseeing a team of ten in accounting, finance, tax, and planning. Mauro's earlier experience includes project management for the ULTOR Joint Venture and finance administration roles at Enel Green Power North America and Enel Green Power S.p.A. Additionally, Mauro has a solid foundation in auditing from tenure at Deloitte. Mauro holds a degree in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University, along with study experience at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
