Milena Giarrusso currently serves as the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Referent at Enel Group since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Head of People Business Partner at E-Distribuzione and Head of Cultural Innovation Agent for Iberia at Endesa. Milena has a comprehensive background in human resources management, focusing on cultural transformation, employee engagement, and training initiatives across multiple companies within the Enel Group. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and certifications in executive coaching, Milena is also a licensed psychologist in both Lazio and Lombardia.
