Renzo Valente

Renzo Valente has extensive experience in telecommunications and network operations, currently serving as the Head of Communication Technologies Infrastructure and Networks at Enel Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, Valente held the position of Ultra Broadband Senior Manager at Enel X from September 2018 to March 2021. Valente's earlier tenure at Enel Group from June 2008 to August 2018 included leading Global Telecommunications, focusing on engineering, project delivery, and assurance. Before joining Enel, Valente was the Head of Network Operations at TIM for over 17 years, overseeing technology division operations. Valente began the professional career as a Process Engineering Manager at Texas Instruments and took on engineering roles in the USA and Canada. Renzo Valente holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and completed a specialization course in telecommunications engineering at Scuola Superiore Guglielmo Reiss Romoli.
