Sergio Salluh

Sergio Salluh is currently the Head of Legal for Procurement Global Contracts and Tenders at Enel Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sergio served as Head of Legal Finance/Procurement and Head of Legal for Asia and Australia at Enel Green Power from September 2014 to October 2022, and held the position of General Counsel for Brazil and Uruguay. Sergio's career includes a tenure as Legal Manager at MPX Energia from June 2011 to August 2014, and experience as an associate at Veirano Advogados from March 2004 to June 2011, where a brief tenure as a foreign associate at Haynes and Boone occurred in 2008. Sergio began the legal career as a lawyer at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados from 1998 to 2004. Educational qualifications include an LL.M from SMU Dedman School of Law (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1995-2000).
