Bertrand J. Bissack (MBA) has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Bertrand J. started their career in 2004 as a Mechanical Engineer at AES, where they focused on equipment improvement and maintenance standards. Bertrand J. then moved to Lafarge Cement as a Maintenance Mechanical Manager before joining Diageo as the Chief Engineer. At Diageo, they led the global transformation project RTC (Route to Consumer) and later became the Head of Supply Chain, responsible for coordination and delivery of products in Cameroon. Bissack also worked at CARDOM ENGINEERING & CONSULTING as a Senior Technical Expert, focusing on operations improvement and change management for international projects. In 2016, they became the Plant Director at AFRICA FOOD MANUFACTURE S.A, overseeing manufacturing operations and a staff of 125 associates. Currently, Bissack holds the position of Head of Generation Support Operations at Eneo Cameroon S.A.
Bertrand J. Bissack (MBA) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 1998 to 2004. Bertrand J. later pursued their MBA in Finance from ESSEC (Ecole Supérieures Des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) from 2008 to 2010.
