Erica Diepton Conrad

Erica Diepton Conrad has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erica most recently worked at Eneo Cameroon S.A., starting in September 2019 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. Erica then progressed to Deputy Director in charge of Human Resources in December 2019, and finally became the Executive Director of Human Resources in December 2020. Prior to their time at Eneo Cameroon S.A., Erica worked at FEICOM from January 2015 to August 2019 as the Human Resources Development Sub-Director. Before that, they gained experience as an Organization and Human Resources Consultant at Apave from October 2008 to January 2015.

Erica DIEPTON CONRAD completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from ESSEC from 2006 to 2008.
