Sebastian Traeger

Sebastian Traeger has extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Digitalisierung und IT (CDO / CIO) at enercity since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sebastian held senior positions at KION Group, including Vice President of Product Management Digital and Vice President of Digital Transformation Program Office from September 2019 to October 2022. At Viega Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Sebastian was the Head of Digitalization from July 2016 to August 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Horn & Company, where Sebastian served as Principal and Manager, and earlier as Senior Consultant and Consultant. Initial career steps included roles as Project Manager at DB Schenker and an Associate at the German American Chamber of Commerce. Academic credentials include a Dr. in Business and Economics from the University of Potsdam and studies in Economics at Duke University.
