Chad Hendrix

Chad Hendrix is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced design and manufacturing, project oversight, and team management. Currently serving as the Director of the North & Advanced Design and Manufacturing Division at Enercon Services, Inc., Chad focuses on machine design, additive manufacturing, and robotics while maintaining strong client relationships. Previous roles include Chief Engineer and Director of Design Engineering at Atkins, where Chad consistently delivered engineering projects on time, improved design processes through 3D printing and FEA tool training, and achieved high productivity among staff. With a robust background in engineering management at EnergySolutions and technical expertise developed over nearly three decades, including roles at Vista Engineering Technologies LLC, Bechtel, and Genie Industries, Chad has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation in the field. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
