James Dovel

James Dovel, P.E. is an accomplished structural engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at Enercon Services since April 2009. Previously, Dovel held the position of Structural Director and Senior Structural Engineer at Rosser International, Inc., overseeing the quality of all structural work and managing personnel and project budgets. Earlier roles include Structural Engineer at Willett Engineering Company, Structural Engineer and Discipline Lead at LEO A DALY, and Project Engineer at Jack Lynch & Associates, where Dovel designed a wide range of commercial and institutional structures. Dovel began a career in the industry at CB&I as a Structural Designer and further honed technical skills with experience at NUTECH/Pacific Nuclear Engineers and Lane/Bishop/Hodnett, inc. Dovel holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
