Chen Alon

Chen Alon has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles in the field of technology development. Starting in 1996 at VCON, they served as the Hardware Group Manager, overseeing the development team for video conferencing systems. Chen then joined Gilat Satellite Networks in 2001, where they became the Director of Hardware and RF Development, managing a large R&D group. At Gilat, they worked on diverse projects involving embedded systems, communications, RF, and mechanical designs. In 2010, Chen founded Elcatech Development Services Ltd., a consultancy group specializing in embedded hardware and software development. Currently, they hold the position of VP R&D Communications at Enercon Technologies LTD.

Chen Alon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coventry University. Chen also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Business School.
