Cláudia Bispo

Cláudia Bispo is a seasoned professional in IT service management, currently serving as the Head of Department Service Desk and Global IT Service Desk Coordinator at ENERCON since October 2021. With over a decade of experience at Fujitsu, Cláudia held positions including Operations Manager and Service Desk Team Manager. Earlier roles include Team Manager and Asset Manager at Prezident Service, as well as Helpdesk 1st line at the Presidency of the Portuguese European Union in 2007, and Technician (Psychologist) at the Comissão de Protecção de Crianças e Jovens from 2001 to 2006. Cláudia holds a degree from the Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação at the Universidade de Lisboa.
