Irmgard Gschrey

Irmgard Gschrey has extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of HR Data Analytics at ENERCON since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gschrey was the Senior HR-Controller at Funke Mediengruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA from July 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included personnel controlling, cost planning, FTE reporting, and process optimization. Gschrey also held the position of Senior Personalcontrolling at Finanz Informatik Technologie Service GmbH & Co. KG from March 2017 to June 2018, focusing on personnel and cost planning. Previously, Gschrey served as Associate Director Finance / Personalcontrolling at Kantar Health GmbH from July 2006 to February 2017, leading teams in financial and personnel controlling, as well as managing budget planning and reporting. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Educational Sciences and Special Education from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and an Examen in Business Administration from FernUniversität in Hagen.
