Jayashankar K.N is an accomplished Project Manager at ENERCON, leading the E-160 EP5 E3 platform with a program budget of approximately 3 million Euros, while managing a diverse team across multiple continents and supporting customer projects globally. With a strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional project execution, Jayashankar also serves as the Country Host for the R&D Center in Bangalore, focusing on the development of 3MW and 5MW wind turbines. Prior experience includes significant roles at Senvion India and GE Renewable Energy, where Jayashankar led engineering teams and product development initiatives, enhancing cost efficiency and quality in turbine design and installation. Jayashankar holds a Master's degree in Machine Design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a certified Senior Project Manager from IPMA (Level B) and a member of the Project Management Institute.
