Shabtai Harel has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at ENERCON since March 2015. Previously, Shabtai held the position of Assistant Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing at RADVISION from June 2006 to March 2015, managing a team of 15 employees across locations in Italy and Israel, and overseeing three manufacturing lines in Israel, Italy, and the Philippines. Before RADVISION, Shabtai was the Director of Engineering at Ceragon Networks from February 2000 to April 2006 and the Manager of Engineering at Comverse from February 1998 to February 2000. Shabtai holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
