Jim Bauer

Jim Bauer is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 30 years, including roles in the US Air Force Reserve and various corporate environments. Currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Enerfab, Jim is responsible for talent acquisition across North America and collaborates with hiring managers to address organizational needs. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiter positions at Fujitec Elevator, Cincinnati Incorporated, Meyer Tool, and The Armor Group, where Jim spearheaded full-cycle recruitment and ensured compliance with employment laws.
