Kristyn Boumal is an experienced professional in the banking and customer success sectors, currently serving as a Business Analyst in Quality Assurance and previously as a Support Engineer at Energage since April 2017. Kristyn developed SQL skills while supporting the Survey product for customers and internal users. Prior to Energage, Kristyn worked at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank as a Lead Teller following the acquisition of First Niagara Bank, where responsibilities included managing the teller line and assisting customers. Kristyn started the banking career at TD as a Teller and held various roles at First Niagara Bank, culminating in a promotion to Senior Teller. Kristyn holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
