Phoebe Finn has had a varied and successful work experience. Phoebe began their career in 2015 as an intern for Finn Wealth Management, LPL Financial, where they improved their ability to perform under pressure. In 2016, they became Program Manager for Bentley University's Service Learning and Civic Engagement Center, where they coordinated volunteer opportunities and communicated with faculty. In 2017, they were a Communications Team Intern for Save The Bay - Narragansett Bay, where they organized a beach cleanup series and wrote newspaper columns and blog posts. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for OUTFRONT Media in two roles: Inventory Specialist and Inventory Coordinator. In their Inventory Specialist role, they were responsible for communication between the sales and operations departments and was required to have organizational, problem-solving and professional communication skills. In their Inventory Coordinator role, they oversaw the charting of MBTA advertisements. In 2022, they began their current role as Corporate Communications Specialist for Energage.

Phoebe Finn completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Design and Corporate Communications (IDCC) and Earth, Environment and Global Sustainability at Bentley University from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they participated in a Semester at Sea program, studying topics such as Oceanography, Globalization, Wars, Sustainability and Justice. Prior to that, they attended The Wheeler School from 2010 to 2014.
