Ciaran Boyle

Ciaran Boyle serves as the Group General Counsel at Energean since September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Legal at First Quantum Minerals from July 2017 to September 2025, overseeing in-house legal functions for a global metals and mining company. Ciaran's legal career also includes positions as a Senior Associate at Baker Botts, Associate at King & Spalding, and a Lawyer focused on Energy & Infrastructure at Dentons. Earlier roles involved providing legal support at Lightsource Renewable Energy Ltd and working as a paralegal at Linklaters. Ciaran Boyle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCL and completed a program in Leadership in Corporate Counsel at Harvard Law School.
