Dania Lombardi

Dania Lombardi has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Dania began their career as an HR Accountant at Synergie Italia Spa in 2005 before moving onto roles within Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV and its Italian branch. Dania served as the Development & Compensation Manager and HR Administration Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. - Filiale Italiana before becoming the HR Manager - Head of HR at Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV in 2015. Most recently, they took up the position of Head of HR Italy at Energean in 2023.

Dania Lombardi holds a 1° livello - Laurea L in Human Resources Management from Università degli Studi di Milano. Dania also completed a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze del Lavoro from the same institution. Additionally, Dania has obtained certifications including Hogan Assessments Certification and HRC TOP HR LEADER AWARDS in 2022 and 2023.
