Nikos Konstantinidis

Nikos Konstantinidis has a solid background in tax consulting and leadership roles. Nikos started their career as a Tax Consultant at EY in 2008 and later moved to BDO as a Senior Tax Consultant. In 2012, they joined PwC as a Tax Auditor before transitioning to Energean in 2014. At Energean, they served as Group Tax Controller before being promoted to Head of Tax in 2021. Throughout their career, Nikos has gained experience in transfer pricing, corporate taxation, tax audits, compliance services, and tax advisory work.

Nikos Konstantinidis pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Macedonia from 2002 to 2006. Nikos then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting & Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they also received a Diploma in Tax Law from the same institution. Nikos furthered their education by completing an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA in 2015-2016. Recently, in 2021, they completed "The Law and Economics of Mergers and Acquisitions 2021 - Online Certificate Course" at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Nikos also holds additional certifications such as being a Member of ACCA, A' Class Tax Accountant by the Economic Chamber of Greece in 2014, and a Certified Public Accountant through ACCA.
