Malcolm Ford possesses diverse experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Level One Operator at Energera Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Malcolm worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Social Security Administration from November 2019 to September 2020 and as a Sales Associate at The UPS Store from July 2017 to November 2019. Academically, Malcolm holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from The United States Sports Academy (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a minor in Business Administration from Newberry College (2013-2017).
