Kenta Shimizu is an experienced program manager and engineer with a robust background in materials development and research. Currently serving at Energetics since December 2020, Kenta oversees various technical areas including carbon nanotube programs. Prior experience at Northrop Grumman includes roles as co-principal investigator for a CNT program, leading materials research for graphene technologies, and managing process integration for advanced electronics. Kenta's earlier positions involved optimization of viral infection models, polymer engineering at Bemis North America, and laboratory research at the Carbon Cancer Center. Kenta holds a Master's degree in Material Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
