Kristin Paulsen (Tringali)

Kristin Paulsen (Tringali) is a seasoned engineering professional with expertise in materials engineering and corrosion prevention. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer Scientist at Energetics since April 2022, Kristin previously held roles as a Senior Materials Engineer at GRSA and as a Senior Materials Engineer at ExxonMobil, where significant contributions included equipment strategy and risk assessments for refinery and chemical plant piping systems, as well as enhancing material selection and operational reliability. Kristin began their career as a Lead Researcher at the University of Florida, where research focused on the effects of heat treatment and pressing on nanopowder properties, culminating in an honors thesis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Materials Science and Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
