Wolfram Neff

Wolfram Neff is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the fields of physics and materials development. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Energetiq - A Hamamatsu Company since May 2019, Wolfram previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Entegris from June 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included lab management, material analysis, and product development. Prior to that, Wolfram worked as a Process Development Engineer at Materion Corporation from September 2008 to June 2011, focusing on specialized coatings. Earlier career roles include R&D Scientist at Greatbatch and Process Engineer at Vishay. Wolfram holds a Master of Art in Physics from the University at Buffalo and a Diplom in Physics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
