Mel Haverdink has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry, having held various roles at Energetx Composites and Tiara Yachts. At Energetx Composites, they have served as a Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager, Plant and Equipment Project Manager, Manger - Facilities, Equipment & Process Improvement, and Manufacturing Engineer. They have been with Tiara Yachts since 1983, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer before moving on to other roles within the company.
