Andy Meagher has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions ROI at Energia, where they are responsible for guiding the Residential and Commercial business units. Prior to their role at Energia, Meagher worked at Top Oil - Fueling Ireland where they held the positions of Head of Sales - Direct & Resellers and Channel Manager. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership for the Direct oil business, overseeing multiple oil depots and a team of professionals. Andy also managed Top Kelly Fuels operations in Northern Ireland and led the Tedcastles coal business, negotiating successful sales in local markets.

Meagher also has experience in business development through their role at a consultancy and has a significant tenure at John Player & Sons. At John Player & Sons, they served as the Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director, responsible for a significant Irish business. Andy also held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager, leading a team and achieving high market share. Additionally, Meagher worked as the Marketing Manager at John Player & Sons, where they developed strategic marketing plans and contributed to the growth of cigarette brands.

Earlier in their career, Meagher worked as a Brand Manager at Beamish & Crawford, where they oversaw the development and promotion of beer brands.

Andy Meagher attended Belvedere College from 1977 to 1983. Andy then pursued higher education at Trinity College Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from 1985 to 1989. During this time, they also completed a Diploma in Advanced Marketing Techniques at Technological University Dublin. Andy later returned to Trinity College Dublin and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. In 2015, they attended the Digital Marketing Institute and completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
