Jj Janikis

JJ Janikis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational marketing and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Certification Program Manager at Asana, JJ is focused on developing a certification program for collaborative work architects. Previously, at Newsela, JJ held several roles, culminating as Senior Manager of User Engagement Marketing, where leadership of a marketing team led to impactful initiatives for K12 schools and educators. Key achievements include launching the Newsela Community, which grew to over 150,000 members, and designing strategies that significantly increased engagement and program completion rates. With educational foundations from Middlebury College and Hunter College, along with experience in special education, JJ's expertise bridges marketing and educational development.
