Jan Steinberg

Jan Steinberg has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. Previous roles include Director of M&A, Joint Venture, and Cooperation Structuring, as well as Senior Project Manager M&A at EnBW. Prior to this, Jan held various positions in M&A at Infineon Technologies, culminating in the role of Senior Manager M&A. Jan holds a Diplom in Electrical Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master of Management in Finance from ESCT - École Supérieure de Commerce.
