Angelika S. Felsner

Angelika S. Felsner has extensive experience in education and human resources, currently serving as a Fachreferentin für Bildung und Kompetenzentwicklung and Stellvertretende Abteilungsleiterin HR Strategische Personalentwicklung at Energie Steiermark AG since September 2019. In this role, Angelika focuses on areas such as further education, diversity, equal opportunities, inclusion, the development of sustainable corporate cultures, leadership development, and strategic talent management. Previous positions include HR Mitarbeiterin, Sachbearbeiterin Backoffice at Energie Steiermark Service GmbH, and various roles in educational workshops and tutoring at institutions such as the Verein zur Förderung freiwilliger sozialer Dienste and Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz.
