Aimea Roth has held various HR and management roles in different companies. Currently, Aimea works as a Referentin Personalentwicklung at Energie Südbayern GmbH, where Aimea oversees the trainee program and organizes employer branding initiatives. Their previous experiences include positions at Contabo GmbH, Infanterix Multilinguale Krippen & Kindergärten, and HALLHUBER. Aimea is currently pursuing a degree in Handelsfachwirt IHK, BWL at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
