John Locke

John Locke has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Treasury and Director of the Valero Energy Foundation at Valero Energy Inc. since November 2003, John has held various senior positions including Vice President & Treasurer and Vice President - Investor Relations. John was a board member and President of the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Awareness from April 2008 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Financial Reporting Manager at LQ Management LLC and several positions at Ernst & Young. John holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
