Morten Hveding Juel

Morten Hveding Juel has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Morten Hveding began their career in 1993 with various positions in Copenhagen and London, focusing on macroeconomics, forex, research, and online news production. In 1997, they joined Rokade a.s as an M&A and management consultant, where they worked until 1999. After that, they joined Norway Post as Director of M&A, playing an active role in the company's transformation. In 2004, they became the Group CFO in Bluegarden Group and was responsible for finance functions across multiple countries. Morten Hveding later became the CFO of Bluegarden Norge and then the CEO, overseeing operations in Norway and being a member of the Group ExCo. In 2010, they joined Bluegarden's largest division, Multidata-Bluegarden, as CFO of Group IT. In 2013, they returned to Bluegarden Norge as CFO and CEO until 2017. After a brief period between jobs, they joined Properate in 2019 as Chairman of the board. Currently, Morten Hveding Juel is the Group CEO of Energima Gruppen, a leading commercial HVAC contractor and service provider in Norway.

Morten Hveding Juel completed their education at two prestigious institutions. From 1987 to 1992, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they pursued a degree in Business Administration (Siv.øk.). Following this, in 1992, Juel briefly studied at SDA Bocconi, specializing in Management & Economics with a degree named MIEM.
