Simon Williams

Simon Williams is a Consulting Manager at KPMG Australia since April 2024 and holds multiple leadership roles including Global Collaboration Lead and Secretariat at the Australia and New Zealand Society of Evidence Based Policing since June 2016. Additionally, Simon serves as a Fellow at the Academy of Experimental Criminology and an Examiner for the Police Executive Programme at the University of Cambridge's Department of Criminology. Prior experience includes Assistant Director at the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency and various directorial roles at NZ Police, including Director of the Evidence Based Policing Centre. With extensive experience in policing and criminology, Simon's background includes management positions at West Midlands Police and Western Australia Police Force, focusing on evidence-based policing and offender management. Simon earned a Master's Degree in Criminology & Police Management from the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2016.
