Andrea Pederzoli is an experienced finance professional currently serving as VP of Business Development and M&A at Energix - Renewable Energies since August 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of EVP North America at Zhero from September 2022 to August 2025 and was the Head of North America at Snam S.p.A. from June 2021 to August 2022. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director and Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2012 to May 2021, as well as Vice President and Associate roles within Citi's Investment Banking division from October 2009 to August 2012, and Analyst/Associate from May 2004 to July 2007. Andrea obtained a Master's in Finance from London Business School and a Laurea in Economia Aziendale from Luiss Business School.
