Minna Taylor has over 18 years of experience in the fields of acting, voice-over, public speaking, and comedy. In 2002, they began working as an Actress, VO Artist, and Comedian. In 2006, they worked as an Assistant at Atlantic Theater Acting School, where they helped first-year acting students with speech improvements, led classroom vocal exercises, and coached individual and group sessions. In 2007, Taylor founded and became CEO of Energize Your Voice, which offers experiential training for professional development. In 2009, they began working as a Speech Coach for Lexicon Academics, LLC, where they worked with corporate clients on customized programs for speech coaching, accent reduction, and reducing verbal ticks. Minna also ran corporate seminars on utilizing improv techniques for sales and client service. In 2010, Taylor began working as a Coach for Vocal Coach at The Public Theater. In 2009, they worked as a Speech Coach for Young Jean Lee's Theater Company, where they helped the cast members eliminate their native Jamaican accent and develop a neutralized Standard American dialect. Finally, in 2012, they began working as an Acting/Voice/Speech Instructor at TVI Actors Studio.

Minna Taylor (she/her) has an extensive education history. Minna attended New York University, Tisch School of the Arts from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Acting. Minna then attended Brooklyn College, City University of New York from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Masters in Fine Arts (MFA), with a focus in Theater and Speech and Voice Techniques. Additionally, they attended the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a BFA in Acting, Speech, and Voice.
