Beth Highley

Beth Highley is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the creative and production sectors. Currently serving as the Creative Operations Team Lead and Production Designer at Energizer Holdings since November 2020, Beth has also owned and operated ESHIGHLEY DESIGN in Atlanta, GA, as a Senior Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Production Artist since July 2010, with notable clients including Energizer Holdings and Carter’s/OshKosh B'gosh. Previous roles include Packaging Designer at Carters Inc. and Print Production Coordinator at IG Design Group Americas, where key leadership was demonstrated in managing production processes for mass market products. Beginning professional career as a Production Artist at Schawk!, involved in preparing packaging design files for major clients like The Coca-Cola Company. Beth holds a Master of Fine Art in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University.
