Jaeho Kim

Jaeho Kim is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as Senior R&D Manager at Energizer Holdings since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading new product developments in the Auto Care Appearance and Air Freshener categories. Prior experience includes roles at Kimberly-Clark from July 1998 to August 2021, culminating in the position of Global Innovation Strategy Leader & Technology Strategist, where a successful innovation pipeline for the Family Care business was developed. Other significant positions at Kimberly-Clark included orchestrating R&D teams across global regions, establishing new technologies for strategic products, and founding a Global Innovation Center. Jaeho Kim holds a PhD in Macromolecular Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Textile Engineering from Seoul National University.
