Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mark started their career at Visteon Corporation as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from September 2002 to September 2006. Mark then joined Ford Motor Company and held various positions including Senior Manufacturing Engineer from September 2006 to March 2011, Production Team Manager from March 2011 to June 2014, and Manufacturing and Plant Engineering Manager from May 2014 to November 2019. Currently, they are working at Energizer Holdings as a Plant Manager since December 2019 and has recently been promoted to the role of Director of Operations starting from February 2023.

Mark Thomas attended Swansea University from 1996 to 2000, where they attained a 1st Class Hons degree in Manufacturing Systems with a focus on Engineering. In 2019, they became a Professor of Practice at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Additionally, they completed the Experienced Leader Program and the Global Operations Leadership Development program at Ford Motor Company in 2016. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification, also from Ford Motor Company.
