Maureen Borland

Maureen Borland is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Energizer Holdings since November 2025. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for Global Compensation, Benefits, and Mergers & Acquisitions at Avient Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of both short-term and long-term incentive programs. Maureen's career also features substantial contributions at PolyOne Corporation, overseeing health and welfare benefit programs for thousands of employees, and a significant tenure at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, focusing on retirement and welfare plans.
