Monica Rodrigo

Monica Rodrigo has extensive experience in finance and controllership, currently serving as the Director of the APAC Shared Services Centre at Energizer Holdings since October 2010, previously holding roles as Senior Manager and Controller. Monica's responsibilities include managing general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, talent management, and ensuring compliance with various financial regulations for multiple APAC markets. Prior experience includes Finance Manager at Next Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on statutory financial reporting and budget management, and roles at Ernst & Young as an Audit Trainee to Qualified Assistant, gaining valuable experience across multiple industries. Monica holds an Associate Membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
