Rajeev Menon

Rajeev Menon is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technology Engineer and Product Development Scientist at Energizer Holdings since February 2017. In this role, Rajeev focuses on formulation chemistry and process development for various brands, including Armor All, STP, and NuFinish, with over 20 products launched in the market related to HI&I, Auto Care, Fuels, and Lubes. Prior to this, Rajeev worked as a Research and Development Technician at Spectrum Brands, Inc., developing car protection products and conducting effectiveness testing. Rajeev's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Technology from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, with research experience in cell mechanics and protein pathways. Rajeev also gained practical experience through internships at Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. and Tanfac - India.
