Yoana Dimitrova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and real estate sectors. Since February 2013, Yoana has served as the Head of Products and Pricing at ENERGO-PRO Sales, overseeing the company's product portfolio and adapting it to market changes. Previously, Yoana held the role of Head of Market Development, leading a team focused on implementing new business solutions. With prior experience as a Sales Controller at ENERGO-PRO Sales (formerly E.ON Bulgaria Sales), responsibilities included monitoring sales processes, budgeting, and risk management. Early career roles included customer service and administrative support in the real estate and service industries. Yoana holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Economics - Varna, alongside a high school diploma in Banking and Insurance Business.
