Josh Renicker ~ ᴄᴏᴏ, 🔋ᴇɴᴇʀɢy ᴀᴄᴄᴇꜱꜱ🔋

Josh Renicker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Josh started their career as a Draftsman/Project Manager at Archer Signs from an unknown start date to 2002. In 2005, they worked as a Quality Manager / CAD Draftsman at Hi Tech Foam Products until June 2006. From July 2006, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Energy Access Inc. in a leadership position, overseeing departments such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Development, Production, and Management. Josh was responsible for driving continual improvement, leading global procurement efforts, and implementing and improving quality management systems. In 2014, they transitioned to the education sector and became an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute until September 2016, where they taught project management tools and techniques. Currently, they are involved with the COO Forum®, serving as the Director of the Indianapolis Chapter and as the Ambassador Program Director. Josh is responsible for providing leadership, moderating meetings, and supporting organizational efforts for growth and value for members. Additionally, they served as the Director of Global Chapter from October 2021 to May 2022.

Josh Renicker has a diverse education history. Josh attended ITT Technical Institute, where they pursued an MBA in Business and a BS in Technical Project Management. Additionally, they studied Drafting and Design Technology at ETI Tech and completed their high school education at New Philadelphia High School.
