Pauline Bryon is an experienced Customer Support Manager at Energy Assets since January 2008, specializing in smart metering and end-to-end energy management solutions. Prior experience includes a variety of managerial roles at Vertex Data Science from 1980 to 2007, where Pauline was responsible for overseeing a team that handled customer complaints for Eon, one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers. Earlier in Pauline's career, from 1980 to 2000, customer service was developed as a Customer Advisor at Norweb. Pauline's educational background includes attending Mount St Joseph Grammar School.
