Joseph Poserina is an experienced instructor and manager in the fields of property maintenance, repair, and energy efficiency, currently serving as an Instructor at Orleans Technical Institute and the Energy Coordinating Agency since 2018 and 2017, respectively. With a strong background in education, Joseph has previously held positions at Bucks County Community College, Green Jobs Academy, and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, focusing on manufacturing training, weatherization, and energy auditing. Joseph's extensive hands-on experience includes roles as a Remodeling Contractor and HVAC Commercial Service Planner, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of construction and energy management. Educational qualifications include Weatherization Certificates in Home Energy Auditing from Pennsylvania College of Technology and an Associate's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Bucks County Community College.

Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA)
The Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA), a non-profit, is a regional leader in the delivery of energy efficiency services for residential stock. Since its founding in 1984, ECA has helped to improve the energy profile of over 45,000 buildings. ECA administers energy efficiency programs for utilities and government, including the Home Comfort program, the Weatherization Assistance Program program, the LIHEAP CRISIS program, and the City of Philadelphia Heater Hotline. Through a diverse set of other programs, ECA continues a leadership role in energy efficiency and energy parity for low to moderate income citizens. ECA is proud to employ 56 of the top energy efficiency practitioners in the region. ECA is also proud to lead the region’s clean energy training efforts. Our Knight Training Center is the largest and most credentialed facility in the state, within the energy efficiency training sector. The center is certified by the U.S. Department of Energy for Weatherization training and it was the first Building Performance Institute (BPI) affiliate in Pennsylvania.
