Previously, roles included Principal Consultant for Grant Writing Services, Director of Adult Education and Strategic Partnerships at Hope Partnership for Education, Director of Planning and Development at Energy Coordinating Agency, Director of the International Retreat Program at SYDA Foundation, Director of the Architecture in Education Program at the Foundation for Architecture, and Founder of Carunchio & Associates. Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA)

The Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA), a non-profit, is a regional leader in the delivery of energy efficiency services for residential stock. Since its founding in 1984, ECA has helped to improve the energy profile of over 45,000 buildings. ECA administers energy efficiency programs for utilities and government, including the Home Comfort program, the Weatherization Assistance Program program, the LIHEAP CRISIS program, and the City of Philadelphia Heater Hotline. Through a diverse set of other programs, ECA continues a leadership role in energy efficiency and energy parity for low to moderate income citizens. ECA is proud to employ 56 of the top energy efficiency practitioners in the region. ECA is also proud to lead the region’s clean energy training efforts. Our Knight Training Center is the largest and most credentialed facility in the state, within the energy efficiency training sector. The center is certified by the U.S. Department of Energy for Weatherization training and it was the first Building Performance Institute (BPI) affiliate in Pennsylvania.
