Arlene Mesa

Arlene Mesa has extensive experience in portfolio management, business process improvement, and performance monitoring, primarily at Energy Development Corporation since June 2007. In the role of Lead, Portfolio Management, Arlene is responsible for the governance of IT investments and optimizing a portfolio of strategic programs and projects. Previously, as Lead of Business Process and Management Systems, Arlene established company-wide document and knowledge management systems, while also facilitating policy development. Early in the career at Energy Development Corporation, Arlene served as a Budget and Performance Monitoring Analyst, analyzing capital and operating expenses within the geothermal business unit. Prior experience includes working as a Process Analyst at Directories Philippines Corporation and as an Aerial Photo Analyst II at the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Master in Engineering, Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University.
