Kate Goldsmith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kate started their career at Next Retail Ltd as a Shop Assistant from September 2010 to September 2015. Kate then joined Northumbria Police, where they served as an Emergency Call Taker from August 2015 to April 2017, and later as a Resource Controller from April 2017 to May 2019. In 2019, Kate worked as a Commercial Coordinator at Babcock International Group from June to December. Kate also held the position of Commercial Analyst at Norton Rose Fulbright from December 2019 to February 2021. Currently, Kate is with The Instant Group, initially as a Client Accounts Coordinator from March 2021 to October 2022, then as an Account Manager from October 2022 to July 2023. Kate is currently functioning as the Account Management - Team Lead from July 2023 onwards.

Kate Goldsmith attended Whitburn Academy from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their GCSEs. Kate then went on to study at St Anthony's Girls School from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their A-Levels. Later, from 2012 to 2015, Kate studied English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at Northumbria University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
