Abhijeet Sarkar

Abhijeet Sarkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Additional General Manager (Commercial) at Energy Efficiency Services Limited since April 2019, Abhijeet manages corporate commercial operations, P&L, and contract management, while supporting business development initiatives. Previously, as Dy. General Manager (Commercial) & Finance Controller, Abhijeet led commercial activities for the South East Cluster. Prior roles include Contract Performance Manager at GE Power, focusing on long-term service agreements, and Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, where Abhijeet oversaw troubleshooting and maintenance of gas and steam turbines. Abhijeet began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Abhijeet holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
