Reuben Macapinlac MBA is an accomplished Customer Success and Business Development Leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including energy and real estate. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Customer Success for Energy Exemplar, Reuben has improved customer handoff processes and reduced churn risk. Prior roles include managing key national accounts at Hawaiian Electric Company, where Reuben delivered exceptional customer experiences and managed multimillion-dollar projects. Additional experience includes launching a successful real estate business as a Realtor Associate at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, overseeing property management at Colliers International, and coordinating property operations at Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.
